- Internationally experienced leader with over 12 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry in areas such as Engineering, Validation & Qualification, GMP Compliance, Quality Assurance and Manufacturing.
- Co-founder and former COO of Holigen, a Portuguese GMP Medicinal Cannabis licensed producer.
- Project lead for CapEx projects up to € 18 million in major international pharmaceutical players.
- Expert in Medicinal Cannabis industry, being the only Portuguese expert that has led and delivered a fully licensed Medicinal Cannabis company and facilities.
- Highly driven and motivated leader experienced in business strategic thinking, building High Performance Teams and business consulting (executive and governance levels).
Nuno Santos
Business Manager - Pharma
- Chemist with a post-graduation in business administration with over of 15 years of experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, from Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) development to drug product manufacturing.
- Quality Assurance professional with vast hands-on experience in production, project management, auditing, inspection and leading the approval of the licensing of pharmaceutical facilities by national and international regulatory bodies.
- Project Manager for manufacturing of Drug Product owned by world’s top 5 pharmaceutical players.
- Experience with Medicinal Cannabis, API, oral and parenteral Drug Product.

Sérgio Guerreiro

- Engineering professional with wide experience in Metrology, Validation & Qualification, Risk Assessment, Process Mapping and Auditing
- Trained in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and experienced in delivering fully operational facilities and processes focused on achieving operational excellence

Ana Pereira
Project Manager
- Chemist with a PhD in Biotechnology and a specialization in Management of Programs and Projects with over 8 years experience in diverse industries, including Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Experienced Project Manager with PMP certification since 2016
- Has managed several Drug Substance development and manufacturing projects, owned by major pharmaceutical players
- Volunteer tutor in the Program “PMI at Schools” since 2016 and member of PMI Toastmasters Club since 2020
